But there's that darn clock- every minute that ticks by on it signals another lost minute of sleep. And, of course, you play the game called "I can still get 5 hours of sleep if I fall asleep in the next half hour". There's no winner with that game. Except insomnia.
Look at the woman above. She looks well rested, doesn't she? This is how I feel when I take Valerian supplements. You just sink into a deep sleep and wake up feeling great. I tend to get about 7.5 hours of sleep when I use it.
I enjoy getting up early and getting a start on the day's work, so I'll take it when I feel I'll have trouble falling asleep about a half hour before bed. If I have some projects I'm working on, I'll take a Valerian supplement around 9 PM and I'll wake up around 5 AM, literally feeling great and ready to get some work done. I've never had it not work.
Anyway, sleep is a necessary part of life in order to function (not to mention it keeps crankiness away). I don't do well at all without sleep, which is why I'm starting a site that will have the most effective treatments and accessories for a good night's sleep that I've found. Right now it just redirects you to a page on Amazon with the herb. I'll be working on it- keep an eye out for more good ideas to pop up on it once it's up and running: My Valerian supplement site.
